You do feel a bit drained but it gets better. Other than just water, get some different crystal lights for a sweet variety(and it gives a more feeling sensation) they even make crystal light energy

Great job! You can either hope it disappears or take it with you and throw it away at a gas station or home -
They are kinda big, but it's once a day. Better than those 3-4 x a day pills. I'd probably do liquid if these were a no go.

M one week out and these incisions itch like crazy!!! I'm not scratching but omg! My doc doesn't use stitches, but that glue stuff and steri strips over it. What do I do? Wondering if Benadryl will help

It is normal to some, not others. I don't want to over step my bounds or anything but with wls, you may need a meds adjustment. Have you had any bi-polar tests done? That could put you on different meds as well. I hope it works out

Maybe he's treading lightly. Last year me and my husband had a baby 3 days before our anniversary- no playing for us. We don't see it as a big to do though. -
Just make a list and tell him, I cannot do these, it hurts me... If you can that's mean a lot.... Men will jump loops for the phrase it hurts me coming from someone they live. The list goes on fridge and he can check off at liberty

My TOM came on week of surgery, so pre-op diet was miserable, but I found comfort in chocolate protein shake. It curbed my want of chocolate.

Bougie size doesn't matter- don't get all caught up with it. Doctors may pull loosely or tightly around one- Yada Yada. Just focus on eating what your NUT says and exercising!
