My band failed to work anymore. Plus vomiting abdominal pain and my EGD showed my band was out of place so I had no stomach pouch. BCBS is pretty fast with approvals long as everything is documented. My approval took less than 48 hours -
Called bobs just a few minutes ago and the request for revision was approved! I am truly feeling excited and blessed. The rest of my life is about to begin.

Now that the approval is real, did your surgeon provide info on vitamins and supplements? My surgeon sells them. I don't have a date yet, but I know I have a one week liquid diet. I am super excited.
