I have no pain. Just tenderness mainly on my left side under my rib cage. But not unbearable. Getting about half my protein. I feel tired but can only sleep a few hours at a time. -

Surgery was the 11th and discharged the 13th -
Well today I am feeling pretty good. Very little pain. Trying some yogurt today and it's going down easy. Besides the boredom and lack of sleep I'm ok. Used pain meds on the first night home any only Tylenol since then. How's everyone else holding up. Oh, I haven't started my vitamins yet but I plan to start soon as I see how my body reacts to this yogurt and protein shakes later.

I was 175 when I went in. 181 when I came home. Now 176 4 days post op. By Thursday who knows. -
I say 150 but I'm going on how I look. I am 5'4" and my nut says 135-142. So my goal is realistic.
