    What Does Nsv Mean?

Non scale victory Such as fitting on a ride, or going down a size in clothing. Or being able to exercise. Or experiencing something you couldn't when you were heavier.

    Midol/pamprin

I was told both are a no go. Shortly after my surgery I had horrible period pain. I was told to take Tylenol or put a heating pad on my stomach. They said if it was really bad I could take one of the painkillers I was given for my surgery but no midol or pamprin.

    Common Practice?

I have bcbs and I didn't do any of that. I only paid my copays and didn't have to pay any kind of program fee... Nor did I have to pay anything up front

    Boobs

So. I've lost 106 pounds so far... From 375 to 269. At first I thought my boobs had gotten considerably smaller.... But I just needed a new better fitting bra. I went from a 48D to a 42D. My boobs are the same size... Just the band is different! Makes a world of a difference and my boobs look great! Just wanted to put this out there for anyone experiencing the same thing... Perhaps just look for a new bra. Plus my old bras were just that: old and stretched out.

    Decaf Coffee Ok?

Every now and then ... Ok several times a week... I go to d&d and get a medium iced decaf coffee with slim milk and lite and sweet. Is that ok? Also, what if I every now and then get their caramel flavoring?
  11. Mine are still noticeable but I don't mind them one bit! Reminds me of the whole process.

    Nsv Drum Roll Please!

That's fabulous! When I was in college... Only a few years ago... We had the desks where te chair was attached... My stomach was always squished in... Sometimes a classroom would have a random chair in the corner somewhere I would always grab that chair... And then be self conscious that I was the only odd one out sitting in a chair I have no plans on going back to college (already have my grad degree) but part of me wants to go back and see if I can sit in those damn desks!

    Clogged Throat Feeling

Does it happen with every food? Perhaps you're eating too much or too fast. For me, I get that feeling when I eat any kind of cooked eggs or sometimes if I have some bread that isn't toasted (try to stay away from the bread).

    Strange?

I think it's normal. Plus there were some things that didn't bother me that now do and visa versa.
  16. Do people really lose enough to have to wear wigs? I haven't heard that before and that is really scary

    Attn: 40 Bmis And Over

My BMi was 62.4 I was worried that it wouldnt work for me but since surgery about four months ago I've lost 100 lbs. I'm not sure how much I'll lose or if I'll ever be a normal BMi but it's working Also I've never thrown up or had crazy nausea
  20. I feel the week leading up to my period I want to eat a lot more and can actually do it. I tend to graze more and go for carbs. Not good... It's a struggle.
