My story,

I have been over weight since I was about 17 years old. Got married had a family and took care of them. Stay at home moms tend to cater to others because its just our nature in so doing i didnt take care of myself and the weight just add and add. I tried every diet out there as most of you may have also. I did loose weight but soon after I put it back on and then some. Finally stepped on a scale and was so disappointed in myself that i had let myself go so far.. And then one day in July my oldest brother passed away of a massive heart attack 14 days after his 40th birthday. He was 400 lbs. I didnt know how to react i was just lost, shocked, sad. He would always tell me to loose weight because it hard to be so over weight and of course we talked about this well we ate. Funny in a sad but truthful way. So on his 3 yr anniversary of his death I made a decision that would change my life. The sleeve. did my research over and over again and liked it better then other surgerys out there. Found me a good Dr. Dr lee hes my hero i tell him. His staff and everyone over at Valley Care Weight Loss Surgery Center are the best. I felt they actually understood me and really cared. They never judged me they helped me. My family really came thru for me with the support I needed because i can be a scardy cat at times. So here i am 4 weeks out and feeling great. Tired sometimes but great. I would recommend this surgery and my Dr to anyone.
