Well I'm in my 30's (I know this post is in the 20's section) and my excess skin isn't too bad. I think I could be a candidate for a tummy tuck, but I want to maintain my weight for a while before thinking about that. Stomach isn't really too bad, but more something I'd do as a gift for myself. Overall the skin issue is ok, and I'm definitely in the gym toning as much as I can.

I ate those fiber gummies and finally had success about 6 days post surgery.

I had a .25 unfill a couple months ago. For the first 2 weeks after I felt like I was eating too much and thought about going for a re-fill. However I think it was mental head hunger and soon I felt better. My tightness varies from week to week. It's so odd but I know related to stress and hormones.

I've had both food poisoning and a stomach flu since getting banded. Throwing up was unavoidable. I just did best to stay hydrated and check in with my doc. Thank goodness nothing wrong with my band

If I'm running a 10k or less, I'm ok with water and no breakfast. I sometimes eat the power bar or clif block gummies. If I'm going farther like a half marathon (13.1 mile), then I need to wake up earlier to try to get some food in. There is no way I could run for 2+ hours on an empty stomach. One time I was too tight in the morn and couldn't really eat....I felt horrible at mile 7 (with 6 more to go yikes!) I learned my lesson.

I used to drink diet come almost every day. I stopped during pre op...cold turkey. I now drink crystal light and diet snapple. I will be honest, I still crave diet coke occasionally, but it's not worth it. -

You can do it! I just ran my 4th half marathon last weekend. It's hard, but worth it! Good luck. I used a beginner training program I found online. It helps you get up to the right mileage for race day.

You should be fine with Tylenol.

I stayed at hospital overnight after surgery. I had to do the barium the next day before I was allowed to go home. It tasted gross, but not unbearable...plus at that point i just wanted to go home haha. I haven't done it since. Some people do it when they get fills.
