did your doc give you pain meds? i would take those to help ease the pain. it's totally normal. you just had surgery! feel better!

My doc makes me drink a cup of Water after a fill before I leave the office. Did you have to do this? Sounds like you're too tight.

i havent had a fill since mid-September due to my schedule and my doc's schedule. i think i would have lost more at this point if i had a fill last month, but i'm not in any rush. i think you'll be fine and you can get your 3rd fill when your back from traveling. (i'm getting my 3rd fill today hopefully) -
it felt like 1 did a million situps, but the soreness eased after 10-14 days. Good luck!!

I think tuna is ok. Also Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are good. Good luck!

I started walking on treadmill about 2 weeks after surgery. No weight lifting or abs, etc for 1 month. -

I didn't feel myself until day 4-5. Everyone is different. Some people took 2 weeks to feel back to normal. Of course call your doc if you want some extra reassurance -

Normal. It's probably gas, so I'd take gas x strips and do some walking. Also, I know my right side hurt after surgery where my port is. It felt like I'd done 100 sit ups. Feel better! -

I think that's normal as you continue to lose weight. Eventually you may opt to have a low profile port put in.
