Learn to Realize When Your Course With Some People Is Over!! It Felt So Good to Delete All The Old Numbers In My Phone!! Those Who Could Not and Would Not Take This Journey Walk With Me!! So If I No Longer Answer Your Calls Its Because I Don't Recognize Your Number and Won't Answer! Your Number Had No Value!! They Were Just Numbers!! I will Pray for You, But I Must Move On!! Trust in the Lord, Even when its hard!! I had a hard week also, insuted at work, sad upset and possibly dumped again from a man that I care so much about I wanted to just pull into a diner and eat until i could not eat no more!! But I did not I cried and cried and could not make sense of my feelings and wonder why I was being punished this way, But God asked me to be patient and not lean on my own understanding but totally rely on him!! He is in charge of my life totally and everythign else will fall into place!!

Please as you Go through out your day always remember that no Matter what you come up against or what come up against you! You are Never Alone!! The Blessings Always Lies in What You Don't See!!

I almost went to bed after my workout and seen that their was so many lap band friends of mine who are frustrated and worried about Not Losing Weight!! But Then I thought How selfish of Me to Keep This To Myself and Go to Bed!! Please Know That Preparation Is Never Time Wasted!! What Ever The Reasons For Having The Surgery or Going To Have the Surgery Please Know That!! The Reason you Thought To Even Go Through The Surgery it was To Prepare For Something!! No Matter What It was, To Be Healthy to have a Better Body or to Love Yourself More, It was a reason and Know that! If You Keep On the End Results will be the Outcome of Success!!! You Have Come This Far Keep preparing for the Event or Great Outcome!! Preparation Is Never Time Wasted!! If You Don't Give in or Give Up You will see the Results!!! Don't Forget it took years to put the weight on and it may take those same years to get it off!! You Can Do All Things Through Christ Which Strengthens You!!
