Are you Prepared for the Consequences of your blessings? I just want all old bandsters and new bandsters to know that the more weight you loose and the healthier you get! There will be consequences for your blessings and you must be ready for it!! I have learned that this is and will be a life changing event!! This is not a miracle cure for weight loss but it is and can be a blessing in disguise! The dictionary states that a blessing in disguise is: something that at first appears to be bad or unlucky but is actually good!! And if you are not prepared for the consequences that follow this weight loss journey!! This can be a very negative event! I have heard many say that they feel that that the Lap Band Failed them. You must have faith, because if you have been a victim for so long and have had many bad experiences anything that good the follows it may appear to be a threat!! But know that those who have been through hell and back this could be a major revelation for you!! Learn to be prepared for the consequences of your blessings!! People will envy you, not be supportive, even hate you!! But find family and friends that support you and hold on to them!! The trouble with weight has not come to break you, its a test to make you stronger!! Its almost like a open book test the questions are located in the back! of the book! No reason to fail! You just have to do research to get the answers!! Its a Test!! None of us can fail because the answers are there!! God will never give us test that we are not prepared for!! You must learn how to do research on this Lap Band Weight loss so we can pass the test!! Failure is not an option!!

I realized that for many years I didn't Love Myself. Loving others and food was more easier then loving me!! I hated the way I looked and allowed many to just come into my life and treat me so bad. As a way of medicating myself I turned to food! It was easier then facing the truth!! I away's wondered why God kept me repeating the same cycle in my life as if I were in a summer school class. Then I got it clear as day. I had to repeat those classes (Life) because I had not learned from my mistakes. If you don't love You then no one else will!! I love myself more and more each day and will never allow food, men. harsh people take advantage of me ever again!! I learned from my mistakes and I am going all the way to being a much better me!!! NO MORE SUMMER SCHOOL!!!

Okay so I went to the doctor yesterday thinking I was going to get a fill but No!! I got stiches removed and I learned that I was down 25 in 2 weeks since surgery!!! Wow Thats why I have been feeling so Sexy!!! OMG wait until I loose 75 Pounds!! Im gonna be on the cover of Vouge Magazine!!!! OMG Oh MY God!!!!! Thanks Lap Band!!!

I feel as If my Doctor was the Land Lord, and I am the Tenant, And My Body is the Building!! Because This Lap Band Has Given Me a New Lease on Life!!! Everyday I amaze myself on how Good Im Looking and Feeling.. Never Give in or Give up Go collect your Lease Agreement and show off my new apartment (your body) like never before!!! You Owe It To Yourself!! The Struggle is OVER!!!

For all of you who need encouragement, I just want you to know that from the beginning to the end of this Lap Band Process it is not going to be easy but, God said that he will always be with you and dont worry you can do this!! Oh My God These Stitches Are Tyring to Kill Me!! Why would they put them where I have to close my pants? Just to sit down it hurts to walk it hurts and it itches and is so sore!! Are these Stiches trying to kill me!!! I feel like earing my Night Gown to Work!! To Be Pain Free!!

Yes Weight Loss Is Never Easy Its Hard Work!! I Got My Band on June 5th and Its Been a Struggle But Please Keep Telling Yourself as I Tell Myself! If It Comes Easy You Don't Want It Anyways!!! When The Weight Comes Off and People Tell You How Good You Look Take That Compliment and Run With It!!! Some Say We Took The Easy Way Having Surgery But I say NO I Took The Harder Way!!! I Got Cut! I Had Surgery, and I Took a Major Chance That Most Would and Could Not Take and If It Came Easy, I didn't Want It Anyway!!! You See Once You Submit To God and His Purpose For Your Life!!! He Will Make a Way Out Of No Way and Help You With the Lap Band Accomplish All Your Goals!!! Because God Helps Those Who Help Themselves!! And We Did!!!!

Okay so I am giving an update 5 Days Post Operation. I am going to be truthful here!! The surgery was rough! Had a bad reaction to the anesthesia. Stayed in the hospital and extra day!! Still sore as I don't know what!! Entire Stomach is Bruised and I can't walk very far. I burp like a nasty trucker. And I have Gas in my entire body. My back constantly Hurts and I feel Dizzy all the time with hunger pains but can't eat much at all. Other then that I am fine and Alive and I AM GOING TO REACH MY GOALS AND KICK BUTT!!! I AM ON A MISSION!!! I DON'y CARE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE I AM ON THIS FOR THE LONG HAUL AND I WILL LIVE ON PURPOSE WITH A HEALTHY SEXY BODY AND I MEAN IT!!!!!!! :ph34r: :ph34r:

Hang tight it gets better just keep telling yourself this too shall pass!!! I had the same reaction and felt I was going to die but keep taking sipps of water. Your body will react because its toxic free from years of junk!! Just hold on!! I am here if you need me!!! Trust me!! My surgery was June 5th.

I feel the same but hold on tight and don't eat it will be over soon but drink water so you don't get sick!!! Hang tight please its for the best!! I had surgery June 5th.

Yes very allergic to tape that's why they used something else or I would have itched to death!!! Don't just hang tight. It will be over soon!!!

Had the Lap Band with Plication this Tuesday and boy it has been rough but I know the best is yet to come!! The pain can come and go and I am not paying the pain any attention at all. I know the best is yet to come!!! Now if I can just walk to the bathroom with no help I have accomplished a lot!!! Lord Hear me I thank you and will continue to thank you!!
