    By the way slim fast milk chocolate is very good! It taste like chocolate milk and only has 190 calories with 10 grams if protein!

    I am getting banded on May 11th. I'm drinking 4 slim fast shakes a day and water only. Lord this is hard when your family still has to eat. Been doing this for eight days and have 13 more to go!
