Everyday gets better I was banded 6/26 and I feel really good the hardest thing for me is getting all the proteins and liquids in I'm going to make a time chart to make sure I get it all in LOL since I have 12 more days of liquids I am not hungry or thirsty at all so I forget -
Banded 6/26 2days clear liquids then full liquids til 7/12 it's going to be rough I'm sick of now but I'm choking it down

My dietician also wanted to know why I wanted the band not the sleeve I must say I am having all kinds of thoughts running through my head mainly wondering if I'm making the right choice -
I'm on day 11 of liquids I drink 2 protein shakes a day Dr Atkins Carmel latte in the morning and strawberry at bed time I add one scoop of chike powder to step up the protein I have one can of cream of chicken soup water down throughout the day and some beef broth sf Popsicles and sf jello and I have had no problems I think the trick is adding a new taste I had tomato soup one day and was that a treat good luck

Congrats and good luck I'm on liquids for 7 days now really starting to get sick of it I'm just trying to get through it one day at a time surgery is on the 26 -

As of now unless my doctor changes It I can only have shakes and liquids starting 6/12 LOL enjoy the veggies I feel cheated already -

Hi I start 14 days of liquids 6/12 banded with plication 6/26 I'm ready I'm scared I'm nervous but I am committed to this and hope we are all successful. I'm wondering how I can handle 2weeks with no food but I guess if other people do it so can I -

My insurance BCBS of Minn was approved 5/21 now I'm just waiting for a band date it seems like even though the months of waiting are behind me and I should be happy I still feel distraught just waiting hopefully once I get the date the days will pass alt faster

Have BCBS of MN I have competed all requirements I have a BMI of 50 my letter of medical necessity is being prepared what are my chances for approval and does anyone know how slow or fast BCBS of MN is
