Feeling great, increasing the walking to 1.6 miles, six times a week instead of three times a week...will see if the determination can continue.

Had my surgery March 21st and have lost 56 lbs.....very happy with my progress. Would have liked to have reached 60 lbs in the past 11 weeks, but will get there and many more. Andy Chapel Hill
