Male, aged 68, was 145 kg now 100 kg. Had op in Feb 2004. Down to 84 kg in Feb last year, but had fall and broke arm in 5 places. Had 5 days in hospital and metal plat put in, broken in 5 places. Did not do hydrotherapy for osteoarthritis.

Play cornet in Salvation Army band. Computing, amateur radio, hunting.
Occupation
Retired. Do 2 days voluntary work for SA with computer training.
