Hello everyone! I am in the process of doing my 6 month supervised dr visits and was wondering what if anything did you all use to help lose some weight at the beginning or to jump start it. Also, my boys will be 1 and 6 years old when I have my surgery done and I was wondering how long you have to go without lifting things? How did you do that with your children because there are times that it is unavoidable. -

Hey I also see Dr. Balil. I'm not scheduled as of yet, because I have to go through the 6th month insurance stuff. I am hoping to have my surgery in August or September. It seems like it is so far away. Did you all have to do the 6th month thing? Did you lose pre-op? What kind of pre op diet does he put you on? -

my name is Breeanne and i am 27 years old. im a stay at home mommy of a 5 year old and 9 month old little boys. i have been over weight my entire life and im on the road ti changing that for good. i started my journey on march 16th and my insurance requires the 6 month visits, psych eval, and meeting with nutrition person. i am looking at either August or September hopefully. i have a wonderful support system with all of my famiky and especially my husband. i am looking to lose 100 to 115 pounds. i will be having surgery in charleston wv. i would love to find some buddies to keep myself in check.
