Yesterday I Wrote About My Charley Horse...
Looking Ahead replied to Marty McSkinnystein's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I get charlie horses when I'm not getting enough water. Dehydration can cause them too. My dr said don't take potassium unless they say yours is low. You can get "too much". For constipation, I have one Activia yogurt once a day, They commercials say you need like 3 or 4 a day . When I asked the nurse, she said our stomach is small enough that one a day will help,. It may take a few days to show a difference. I started having one for breakfast every day last Wed. I was using an enema once or twice a month before that and it always worked within 5 min or so. They said that was ok occasionally bur not for regular use. Hope this helps and congrats on your weightloss! -

I woke up this morning fo my routine shower and hair washing. When I went to the bathroom soon after, there was alot of bright red blood on the toilet paper and streams of blood in the toilet. I went three other times at home and still the same result. I do have some abdominal pain but I worked out a little harder last night. So I knocked that up the mucle pain from the workout. Just went again from work and no blood, more of just mild stains of blood on the paper. Could this just be hemmoroids or something I should worry about?

3.5 Months Out - Bleeding
Looking Ahead replied to Looking Ahead's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Update - No bleeding since yesterday. I did call my Gastric dr and the nurse said as long as it is bright red blood, its not coming from the stomach. So I called my family dr and have appt next week. I'll update when I find out something. I have noticed i crave to snack all day again. Im 3 months out...is this normal? I snack on under 100 cal snacks and dont eat alot for breakfast, lunch and supper...all together, I think I'm still under 600-700 calories a day. What do you snack on? I appreciate all the input, both harsh and concerned. THank you so much. I know I can always count on this group. -

Sleeved 9/4 Im In Pain
Looking Ahead replied to VSGRachel's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I had alot of pain too. It took about 3 weeks for it to be bearable and about 6 weeks to be gone completely outside of overeating and pain from that. Hang in there. I thought I royally screwed up doing this surgery. Now 3 months later, I'm down 71 lbs and feeling alot better. It WILL get better. Give yourself time to rest and heal. It is a process. Its ok to pamper yourself till you do feel better. -
Im 2 months out and lucky to have small B M once a week. Have had to use enamas last two weeks.

Lemons and Weight Loss - Lose 5 Pounds in a Week By Kuunal Desshmukh Ads by Google Weight loss college www.WellspringAcademies.com Weight Loss School for Ages 18-25. Credit & Non-Credit Programs. Raspberry Ketone 400 mg www.purehealth100.com New 90 count size - 30% savings, 100% pure, vegetarian & authentic Many questions arise when people explain the importance of using lemon for your weight loss diet. People ask "how is lemon beneficial for weight loss?" or "can lemons make me lose weight fast?" The answer to all this skeptic is yes. They help in losing weight. Let me Explain How.... Lemons are well known for their Vitamin C. They have a lot of it. They are also a very good detox agent to consider. Detox of your body is by far the most important and the first step in any weight loss program. And it starts with drinking a lot of Water. Taking a right amount of water in your body everyday is a must to keep your body functioning well as it tends to help the body clean up toxins and other unwanted stuff wee intake everyday in our meals. But, drinking a lot of water is a bit of boring to many people. So, I would suggest adding a small teaspoon or two of lemon juice in it. It will help dramatically for the functioning of your body, as the citric acid present in them is a very good detox agent. The other thing is that this acid move the extra flab of your body helps in using it for your daily activities. Ultimately, this means you lose that extra flab and lose weight in the process. Losing 5 pounds a week can be achieved if you do the following steps... Mix lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water, and drink it on an empty stomach when you wake up in the morning. This helps to move that extra flab in your body and use it right from the start and remove that fat of the body. If you do it continuously on a daily, you will automatically see the results. Apart from using lemons in your weight loss plan it is vitally important to exercise as it goes hand in hand with the weight loss process. And if you have a good exercise regime built up for yourself, it will help in using that moved fat of your body to build muscle also, and apparently losing weight. Using honey along with lemons also speeds up the process dramatically. Honey is well known for its detoxing capabilities. And having it with lemon is like cherry on top of a wedding cake. So, change your diet plan and include the lemons and exercise schedule in the new one. I am RIGHT there with you. I've lost 67 pounds and still see myself at 338. I still want to hide everything. I also work in a professional office and have to wear dress pants every day except Fridays. It was very hard to wear new clothes but when I do...I get so many compliments. Try it one day. DO NOT look in the mirror at work! Not even in the restroom...it opens your negative thoughts up to run wild. I messaged myself a close up pic of my face before surgery and took another one about 3 days ago...when I start the negative thoughts, I compare the two. Try and see if that helps and congrats on the weightloss! Proud of you!!! -
