Thanks for the welcome notes So I had an interesting day yesterday - I was hungry all day long and I felt like I could have just carried on eating - I am sure it was a mix of emotional hunger and physical hunger but my goodness it was a tough day. The good news is that I didn't slip from my eating plan, and today, I feel "back to normal" in that I ate my regular breakfast of oatmeal (as I did yesterday) and I feel full and satisfied. So... I am wondering does this indicate that I need a fill OR is this something that happens to you from time to time? Interestingly, I have noticed a pattern (its happened three weeks in a row according to journal) that when I have a day where I could eat a horse, literally, the next day I drop 2lbs on the scale.. weird eh!
