I was going to work out...

Haha I posted that on Facebook before surgery.
  2. I was being silly. It seems Jeff to jump from 1.5 to 2.5 but the walks are longer too. C25k seems pretty ingenious.
  3. Depends on what you're paying for the surgery and if you have complications that throw big hospital bills in your lap. mine probably won't pay off for a while. But in the long run, perhaps. Course now I'm buying more food from the health food store instead of lots of ice team and Chinese buffets, so I really think its about the same as before. After these bills are paid, anyway.

    What is a good HRM.

Um. Sweat lots? Hehe You might not need the band as tight as I thought I did at first. It's loosened and it still works great. Not much to say, just get your workout on!!!
  5. I'm just a big fan of putting natural things Into my body Rather than things create by a scientist, That's all. Personal preference. I will have sugar free gum occasionally and will have fiber one as a very rare treat, but I was enjoying it every night as an evening snack to help me poo. But I don't have anything to contribute to the thread since things seem to be happening naturally for me, just with the diet I'm eating. I just didn't want op running out an getting excited about it like I did (it's an old fave) and then realizing a few weeks in that it has an ingredient she doesn't care to consume. If she doesn't.

    Yay!! Hope you love it!!
  7. I'm proud of you! I'm starting w3d1 and nervous about jumping from 1.5 min max run to 2.5. Who came up with this program anyway? I keed, I keed.
  8. Lol true! May invest in a vest myself one of these days.
  9. Love that plate! Hope you didn't drink while you ate. Here's my lunch from a few days ago.
  10. I dont mind pushing myself. Makes me feel (and get) stronger and boosts my confidence. That said, if it ever gets to where my workouts get too long and I'm losing just fine, I'm not telling the thing that I've lost weight. I like that last part you added about less is more. Tell me more!!?
  11. So does this mean it doesn't need a new battery? Wink wink
  12. Lol I knew it was gonna happen and I'm actually glad I have the hrm so I know exactly how much harder I need to work. I think I just didn't expect it to jump so drastically and so quick!! It's taken my 45 minute workout to a 1 hr. one. Darn it. now I'm doing 3 miles with Leslie (walk at home dvd's) instead of only two. Booooo! It's no wonder those close to goal are working out two hours at a time.
  13. I read about this all the damned time and it kinda makes me wanna eat cake or something. Sigh
  14. I loved using that til I realized there was aspartame in it!! Sad panda.

I think we do during the course of any normal day, don't we? I'm not sure how fitbit works. I don't count my total burner though, only actual exercise or physical labor. This weekend I want to clean out the van and I totally plan on slapping on my polar.
  16. Laura I'm loving the weight loss success you're having no wish I could give you a big hug though and I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

    The 5:2 diet

Even though I typically get 1200 calories a day and have lost one pound in two weeks?
  18. I wanna get to goal! Is it too late to join in?

    The 5:2 diet

I'm reading on this throughput the day today and very much considering it. I'm so tired of losing nothing or less than a lb a week. I didn't get surgery for that, so I don't have any problem with dieting on my diet. If something is broken I try to fix it. So. What foods do I need to go out and buy for super low cal days?
