What is your caloric/protein intake?

I stopped losing when I was eating very low carb and 800 calories a day. Now I'm eating 1200/day, sometimes less, sometimes more on days I work out a lot. I started losing again. Then stopped losing for a Short while so I added two lower calorie days to my week nod I'm back to losing again. My answer is "I constantly mix it up" I don't know that I'd ever go back to 600-900 calories a day. I feel better eating more, but I work out quite a bit too. If I didn't, if probably eat less. I just remembered how well I lost on weight watchers and thought my r upping calories to match what ww would have me on Would work and it did. Edit: Protein usually around 64 Water around 90-100 -

Well this thread did not go the way I thought it would. I'm glad though. I do feel that this is part of what keeps me accountable. I don't think I'd be able to stand not knowing what's "going on under the hood." I also think its important for foodies (us) to weigh daily, even when we're at goal. Just like tracking, other people mIght maintain fine without it, but I don't think I can. Maybe daily weighing is to a foodie, as AA meetings is to an alcoholic.

It's not like you're locked in to doing it or 30 days. The only way I would is if I was only 10 lbs over weight and would be "shredded" at the end. I do this workout but its just part of my routine when I feel like doing it. It's free on YouTube by the way.

I just try to get it in three times a week. Sometimes I only manage two and get to day 3 in the next week. It's not a race.

I am 174 and I am only on week 3 day 3 of c25k and my little runs are only a 15 min/mile pace. I got some work to do. Lol

Oh it would have been fun to join in! Alas' date=' I'm in the middle of nowhere. Fiddle yay for new shoes! I trie the pegasus' on and they're Kooshy an light like my sauconys. I like them too. Ok just did w3d3 and at the cemetery there are hills and I'm going up them to burn more calories. Love loooove running in the cemetery. And taking the kids makes it more fun. it also makes me go cuz I already told them we would AND bringing them makes me push harder cuz I don't wanna punk out in front of them. Win/win coz they love going. . Also, there are no people there to see me run. That might e a perk for some of you. there are a lot of people at the park. I AM really slow tho. Apparently I went even slower today than Tuesday and here I thought I was going faster. Lol Actually now that I think about it, taking the little kids probably makes me go slower though. Oh well, I won't take them very time.

Minnie- comparison is the killer of joy. Something like that. I do it too. I'm 3 mos and 3 weeks and I'm at 49 lbs lost, so I think our loss is pretty normal. -
