I work out at home. Yesterday I did my Max of squats and some butt moves. I wanted some DOMS today but- nothing. I "think" I read before that a lack of DOMS doesn't mean you didn't work out hard enough, but I seriously wanna KNOW that its working. I has saggy bum. Lol So, what are some *awesome* butt moves at home? I miss the gym.

Cardio is 100x my favorite exercise. Walking, running, biking jumping in the trampoline, that hardly feels like exercise because its so fun! Strength is nice sometimes because it calms and centers/focuses me, but it's pretty dreadful otherwise. I like it at the gym but can't afford that atm, so I'm doing it at home with hand and ankle weights. I think my ADHD has something to do with my lack of interest in standing/laying still and counting to 15-30 for an hour. Oh my gosh just thinking about it makes me shudder. I LOVE the after workout high I get from it and I DO it because I know how good it is for me, how it burns calories when I'm sitting still afterwards an I want to be toned, but... Are there actual fun strength moves to do? I still want to get a sledgehammer for the shove glove that looks kinda fun. http://www.shovelglove.com/

My lower back hurt a lot when I first started and I read it was from bending over while running. When I stopped it got better. Might help.

iwasn't saying you were rambling.. I really WAS exhausted. some of the stuff you mentioned, I'm having a hard time envisioning. I'm a visual learner.. you should be my personal trainer Fiddle.. you tell ME what to do and when.. lol that would be cool! at least for a while, because I have problems with authority.. "/ I actually just have 30 day shred, it's NicolanZ that has all the different ones. I do like it enough though, and I definitely get a sweat and that whole hot face thing going on. I only did it once, maybe I'll do that thursday. Hey fiddle, do you ever have "cranky days" or "tired days" where you just can't find the motivation? how do you get into it on those days? Just fake it til you make it?

I have this also and I haven't had issues with it. At first I had constipation and I just did enemas. No big deal. Now I'm regular.

Hey, did you read on the site where it talks about the importance of taking a break between run days? I dunno if that interests you, but there are days that I wanna run the day after I just did and I don't because of what I read. Way to go though!! Feels amazing doesn't it!!?

Also close your eyes for a moment Imagine yourself down 50 lbs or so. You're happier. It's easier to shop for clothes. You don't feel like everyone is thinking you're huge or staring at you when you put a froZen pizza in hte cart or little Debbie cakes. Occasionally you catch a glimpse of yourself an think "not bad at all. ". You have energy to play with your kids and you WANT TO! You are more active and feel alive for the first time in a very long time. I could keep going. Not everyone's experience is line sharonintx. I can definitely take 8 + bites. I don't drink tho so that's a non issue. I enjoy the foods I used to like and I'm satisfied having it far less often in far smaller portions. Mostly because I'm enjoying SK MUCH MORE in life now. food was all I ever did. Now I do so much other stuff that good really became much less important. Now I eat so I can do the other fun stuff/ fuel my body for running, biking etc. . Not because there's nothing more fun to do. -

I only regretted it for about 10 seconds a day in my second and third week, and that was only because of the blood clots that were in my intestines that I didn't know about. I had severe pain and no drs would give me an answer that made any sense to me and I was frustrated thinking something was very wrong with my sleeve. Once I got to the university and got real answers and was on the mend, I haven't regretted it for a second. In fact almost daily I tell my DH "I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!" Seriously I'm 4 mos out tomorrow, and I don't have a single regret. And I even went to mx. Not a day goes by that I don't want to write "my sleeve" in the box in my gratitude journal. -

I must be really naive. Maybe that's a good thing. Bowing out now.
