Holy crap fiddle, do you remember this girl couldn't afford running shoes!? Lol. Maybe someday, but definitely not now. They do look neat though! It's for my iPhone 4S (that doesn't have service- again, surgery broke me) and I dknt know If it has Bluetooth. I have earbuds that have good sound it's just that as I move and get sweatier one side keeps popping out. I should have said "which earphones for running" I like the idea of the kind w the hook that goes behind the ear... Or maybe the piece behind the neck?

Fiddle I had a whole long reply l typed up with my weary little thumbs on my phone and lost it all. Gah! I'm sorry, I just can't do it again. Basically I did some stretches after a brief warmup and it seemed to help! I did today and it was pretty easy actually. Mind over matter, really. I hope my ap is lieing though because it says that I ran slower than I walked. That has never happened before. Eek! Anyway. Which protein drinks have those things in them? Added the it roller to the wish list. Will my rolling pin work for now?

Anyone else going through this right now and wanna chat with like minded people? Ive noticed mine coming back over the last month, and I'm thinking about getting on something. (Again). I'm a little afraid of weight gain. The first three months after surgery I thought I was free from these things, but I know depression is common with Bariatric surgery. I think now is my time. I'm excited to feel happy and calm again.

I just celebrated this earlier this week! It feels great and I am happy but I bet it'll pass quickly before we're "normal!" -
Sadness, lack of motivation, foggy headed, I feel like I'm always half asleep. I'm also tense all the time, my stomach is tied in knots, I often times have a headache from stress. It's not super bad yet. I'm not laying in bed all day or having suicidal thoughts but I certainly don't want to get to that point.

You have a space between your thighs!! I hope I have that when all is said and done! Mind telling u how you did it!?

Here's what Happens each night I do this thing - about 3-5 minutes into the first run I want to quit. I really have to keep talking myself into keeping on. The second run is similar, maybe a little better. The third run, I wanna keep going and going and sometimes I do! What's that all about!? It's like it takes my head an extra long time to transition to beast mode. Is this common? How can I get into beast mode quicker?

Can you envision yourself at goal?
amytug replied to No game's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
50/50. Part of me doesn't believe there's only 28 lbs left to goal. The other half of me is like "psssh I'm so getting there already". I dunno. It's really hard to actually envision a healthy toned happy Amy. J still see myself now as preop amy. This was right after surgery. So lumpy and bumpy. Blah. It's the best fatty pic I have. The camera makes me look thinner but I remember how disgusting I felt that day. -

He came alone to take my staples out. "/. I wasn't aware that there was usually a chaperone. We didn't go on any hot dates though, so I didn't think too awfully much of it and he didn't try to Mack on me so..... Surgery date 3/2/2013 -
I had to ask my husband if it uses data. He said it uses data to download but not to play since I can run where there's no Internet connection and it works. Ah, but iTunes isn't free.

Is a loan an option? It's a small one if its just 2,500. Or maybe apply for a cc that has 0% interest. -
Oh an 100 oz of Water a day! I work out 6 days a week on a good week (one where I'm not sick).

Congrats!!!!

Torose, tonsillitis. two very low calorie days. I plan to keep the next few days around 800-900 calories cuz low cal seems to be working for me at the moment. Hopefully the attachments work! I can't wait to be normal! 28 small pounds to lose for that!! Unbelievable!!! Kirk, it will be here before you know it!!!!

For those who have binge eating disorder, how has it developed post-op?
amytug replied to robocop12's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I was a binge eater. I'm 4 mos out an have only "binged" once, as in I wasn't really fully conscions and just going through the motions. Ftr, a binge for me, sleeved, was a chocolate Protein bar and a kashi brownie bar at the same time. . Those things won't be in my house anymore. I think that "binge" was much better than the binges in the past. -
I'd rather have a couple squares of quality dark chocolate!
