I just got this stuff this week. I make a paste woth it by adding almond butter and a lil nectresse. It's yummy.

I'm so thankful that I can do a low carb PRE op diet. I'm not sure I'd survive the liquid thing without snapping at everyone. (Praise god) I'm with kanesmon, can't believe it's 8 days away !! My anxiety is through the roof though. I'm not scared anymore, just stressed and have an almost constant headache from it. I'm glad we have each-other. Hope this thread starts to get busy!

I w been on anti depressants for some time now, changing them, going off them, upping dosages. When I lost 60 lbs before, I was so happy and went off all of it. I pray that that's what happens here. And I've always been a really good sleeper until now, 8 days before surgery- I can't get much sleep because of nerves. I so hope that I'm not too depressed or lacking sleep after this.

alma is stupid fast! If I email her, even after hours at her work email, I still know to just wait about 20 minutes and I'll have my answer. It's like she's super human. I do know that she was very busy yesterday. I've heard that its even faster when you call, but I don't really know about hat as I'm not much if a phone person. I start my 1 week pre op diet on Friday. I've been eating low carb for about a week now (with the exception of the 2 small brownies I had last night), and soda and caffeine. I've been considering going to a Chinese buffet before Friday, one last time before surgery. I never have eaten out a lot (no money for that) so it's a special treat for me. I dunno though, I'm torn. On one hand, I feel that I've done good and it's time to wear big girl panties and be done with that junk. On the other hand I'm wondering if I'll regret it if I don't. I realize I will be able to eat out again once in a while, just less than I do now. I'm not thinking ill never have good food again or anything. Wwyd?
