    Lookin fabulous! Are you working out at all? Wjat kinds of things do you eat? I want success like you've gotten! Add lots of nuts if you wanna gain! I'd make a lot of nutty energy bars etc. that's if I wanted to gain. Pretty sure ill never want to do that. Lol

    Hunger all the time

    I have a plan in place for when I start getting hungry again. Raw vegan diet. Best thing ever as far as taste,, ultimate in health (with meat occasionally) and you lose very well on it. I lost 60 lbs in 4 mos eating this way. I won't ever go 100% rv again, but I learned a lot eating that way. You can make the YUMMIEST Desserts that actually are perfectly suitable for any meal. I ate a lot of dates, green smoothies, nuts, raw veggies and fruits (although I'm really not above heating either) and now is throw in occasional meat. Like say. 3x a week? You can eat all day long and never gain an oz and that's with a full sized stomach!
  3. What are your faves? I like tension tamer and I like the smooth move too. Lol I hated that black licorice/fennel flavor pre surgery but now I crave it. I DONT like the raspberry zinger or wild berry zinger. Too much zing I think. I may try it later, half strength. Renal teas are about the only way I'm getting zero calorie drinks right now, so I'd like to find other kinds I like. (Not that I'll drink them in the summer. Yuck)

    Midnight munching

    Correction. You don't need something crunchy before bed. I know what you mean, but wording is important. We ALL need to learn better habits. Not eating out of boredom or habit but eating becaise were hungry or becaise our body needs nourishment. I'll offer advice though. Veggie "fries", "chips" made out of baked veggies (homemade), even kale chips are delicious of you're far enough out. Add a little sea salt (not the other stuff that's bad for your body) and yum!! Buuuut, can I say just don't do it? I know, easier said than done, but if you're like me, you had weight loss surgery as your last ditch effort at losing this stupid fat for good. Lets change our heads!!!

    Love sugar cookie sleigh ride. It's only out at Christmas tho. Booo. Mint is probably my least favorite actually. Good thing, more for you, huh? Hehe

    Rosemary

    I NEED recipes that use rosemary. I am craving it. I had a yummy recipe I used once and loved that used pork chops but my family didn't care for it so I threw it out. I'm only 4 weeks out but I'd love recipes I can try in the future.

    If you want to juice leafy greens you will eventually want a masticating juicer. I have the omega 8004. Works great on greens. You REALLY want those greens in your juice to keep your sugar from spiking too high, plus it's so nutritious.

    G2 and protein drinks

    This is how I've been getting my fluids in. The last couple of days I can't stand either. I'm not trying another Protein drink, I've tried several premade and mix at home and I'm repulsed by all. I am also starting to HATE MY g2's and I had finally found a flavor I liked. Water is way too harsh, out of the filtered fridge, out of bottles, all of it. I abhor sweeteners so I'm at a loss. This stuff is actually making me feel like I'll gag. I'm actually concerned about myself. I don't know how I'll get fluids in now. Just when I'd figured it all out. Grrrr. I wanted to work out today too. Please tell me what you did? Water isn't comfortable. Sweet stuff is sickening. My herbal tea actually made me sick last night. I'm feeling all kinds of nervous about this. Ps. I'm totally turning into a complaining diaper baby post sleeve. Eek! Depression, mood swings, Fluid woes. I knew I wasn't taking the easy way out, but I didn't expect this to be as trying as it is.

  13. I don't even KNOW what these tiny Cadbury eggs are that you guys are talkin about!! W a thin candy shell? Cadbury? Hm. Guess I was too busy suckin all the caramel out of the big ones to notice. Lol
  14. I wish you wouldn't leave. I'd definitely cut out fruit cups. It's like candy, you're definitely going to be hungry after those. Even if you are super hungry and eat almost NO carbs, like Atkins induction style, you'll still lose and you'll also be satiated longer. Carbs just make you want more carbs. Simple or complex at this point since we can't have the skins which keep our blood sugar levels out longer. You eat a fruit cup and you're gonna crash fast, added sugar or not. Yikes! My eating plan (I'm 4 weeks out) includes toast and fruit cups at this point and I just know better. If I eat toast I'm gonna want it again and again. Same thing w the fruit cups.

    Man. I'd almost sell mine to y'all. For me, I should have just stuck w my regular blender. I'm pretty sure ill never use the bullet again unfortunately. I do NOT like shakes. I thought I'd love them since I've never been a picky Water in my life but the sleeve has changed that. The purée stage went so fast and I only puréed food twice, the rest of the time I just chewed really well.
  16. There's also an ap called eat slower. I use it for every meal. You can set it to any time you would like between one minutes and three minutes. Or 30 seconds and 3 minutes? I don't remember. I do 2 mins to start and then stretch it to 3 toward the end of a meal. Keeps me in check. I'm only 1 month out tho.

    Cool, I'll have to grab one when I'm out. I notice the later in the day, the more I start liking the flavor again, so that's a plus. I buy the clear g2's that are fairly mild too. I really want to pick up some "hint water" that I read about in the board recently but none of the stores here carry it. I'll have to add it to the "when we go to the city" list.

    Lol thanks! That IS helpful actually because I'd tried the cup With the really fat straw I got at the hospital and that wasn't comfy. Maybe I should try a coffee straw or just a regular sized straw. I honestly would rather get in Water than Protein drinks, I think it's much better for the body. There's icky stuff in Protein Drinks. I'm also going to pick up juicing my green juices again. That's going to take the place of protein drinks. I just pulled it out again. Thanks!!
  20. Woah buddy!! I go from perfectly fine one minute to "duhhhh" the next, to "get the heck out of my 1 mile personal space bubble NOW!!" In no time flat. Took a shower to go to the family Easter get together and in the last hour have decided I'm just not going. I don't have energy to put forth toward being smiley with everyone and I don't have to!! What the heck!? I know the hormonal changes during weightloss make a person crazy. Add on top of that that I'm a female and dang!! I really wasn't expecting this. Are there tips to keep this under control? Might call about an anti depressant tomorrow. Maybe. Are there antidx that don't have weight gain as a common side effect?

    Mood swings

    I ate 3 largeish whopper style eggs when they got back and my stomach isn't happy. Feels so gross. It was good for 3 minutes but this isn't fun. Obviously I shouldn't have done that but it's Easter and at least it wasn't 3 whopper eggs, 2 small Hershey bunnies, 3 Reece's Peanut Butter cups, and 5 Cadbury caramel eggs like any other holiday pre sleeve. Just remembered that the meds I'm on (cetrizine) for the allergic reaction I had to lovenox lists depression as a common side effect. I'll get off this junk and see how I feel in a week or so. I Hope that's it. Gosh, I'm so eeyore today.
