I've just started getting these compliments. My moms was the best- "you're starting to get malnourished, I'm worried about you. ". Uh? o_0. I can pinch waaaay more than an inch. I secretly like the "you're too skinny" comments. ???? -
I'm feeling terribly bloated, I'm very gassy am a little crampy in my lower stomach. What could this be? I haven't eaten beans, it's not that TOM. Hm. Maybe dairy intolerance? I've never noticed an issue prior to this week. I'm nearly 7 mos out.

I was gonna say walk away the pounds. I think she calls it walk at home now actually. I've been doing this off and on for a few years at different weights. It's still challenging and you can add weights and also jog when they walk etc. I didn't know she had jogging knes! What are they called. I just took this pic today of the ones I have.

What style and brand (under 50) are the best for running?

Over the last week I've invited processed foods back into my diet and I've noticed that with them came depression, lack of motivation and when I start a run or other workout I don't make it long until I quit. I do NOT want to go back to eggs and more meat and cheese. I know I have to and that I sound like a whiner. I'm so un creative in the kitchen. I already have to make my family's meals 3x a day and then I just kinda eat whatever the heck is around. So my food choices are sub par and my love of exercise is gone. I stopped my DVD halfway through today. I can't seem to see clearly. I think it's definitely time for anti-depressants. Help!!? Ill ask for meal ideas in the food forum too.

The cat came back, the very next day- the cat came back- he couldn't stay away I did week 6 day 1. I just can't go back, it's like rereading a book or watching a movie twice in a month. NEVER, I say!! O_O So I did this below. It was so soooo hot even at 8:15 pm-9. Humidity about stopped me but I kept on. Poured water over my head when I got to the van.

I lost 60 lbs in 40 months eating raw a few years ago. I felt better than I ever had in my life! My hair DID fall out but my hair is falling out now at 4 months so... Actually op, you've inspired me to get back into juicing. I think this is the thing that's been missing. I just don't get my greens.

Well, I really like biking. Not quite as cool as swimming and doesn't burn quite as much but it's fun. there's more of a breeze on you when you ride than when running. Those recipes are great! I want the spring rolls w mango ginger dipping sauce NAO!!! Lol

I just wanted to post this article about bad runs and let you all know I'm procehttp://m.runnersworld.com/rt-columns/running-battles-anatomy-bad-runssing it. I think it's that I'm 1) borderline depressed and I'm fixing that. 2) I don't have proper or good others for running- gonna talk to DH about that. 3)I just had a couple bad runs, happens to the best of em. Honestly? I enjoy it too much to quit and I'm sorry for being a flake. Something that concerns me is this: it's getting VERY hot/humid out there even in the evenings. I can't do it in the early mornings anymore because I'm having a REALLY hard time waking lately and the only days I could get out there were fri-sun anyway. I don't have a treadmill and can't get to the activity center most days and really neither of those are my idea of fun anyway, and fun is why I started running. Not sure this is something I can continue long term anyway. .. ..

Thanks for the tip butter. Ok I tried again tonight. I've lost all focus and drive. I hope it's just a phase. Carry on without me folks, at least for how. It's been real.
