Lol I'm actually not eating this stuff. This Happened before when I was doing low carb too. I just live vicariously through Mu family. It IS very strange because my biggest problem was (is) sweets. I AM crazy. Lol
-
It was probably my fault actually. I ate them really fast and I think it was too much for Sleevie. Also, since I ate fast I didn't chew well. . (And now I'll hide behind my computer because I'm embarrassed lol ) I bet it wasn't the food itself. I should have phrased my post differently. But I *am* scared to try them again just yet. Sooo good tho.

Hm. I had spaghetti made w whole wheat Pasta a few days ago and did fine. I'm 7 weeks. I just chewed really really well. Now dehydrated unsweetened banana chips. Forget about it. Puked for an hour. No joke.

I want a hard round tush!! Lol I've googled it and found a few moves bit what are your fave moves? I suck horribly at squats. I do baby bun presses, side lying leg lift, dog kicks. Fire hydrant ain't Happenin' just yet. Lol What else is there? I'm also pretty sure I'm not doing the dog kicks right because I really don't feel much of a burn. I have 5 lb dumbells I've been using for a couple back moves but I think they're Way too heavy for me just yet. I can't do very many reps. What are your favorite moves for the back?

What does this word mean in the sleeve (or nutrition/fitness?) community?

Okay, I see. Thanks.

Granola and fruit would leave me hungry too. And honestly, a granola bar makes me want another and another too. Granola bars aren't that healthy. Usually loaded with sugar which just makes you crave more sugar.

Op, are you exercising? -
Just browsing the Complications forum and am now FREAKED!
amytug replied to jlobyxmas's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I decided before sirgery that the complications, even the worst case scenario wasn't any worse than being fat and miserable for life. I had complications and I can say that I'd still do it 100x to lose this weight. I'm 7 weeks out. I can spell, my phone cannot and I'm too lazy to proofread -
See, I came home from the hospital on the 6th of march. Started on the 8th. Normal period. This month, nothin. Strange.

Same. I kinda don't wanna find it. Oh that's a terrible thing to say, I know. I'm working on it tho.

I used I drink g2's a lot (the clear ones, they are milder) post op. I HTED Water too becaise in the last I I got thirsty I'd slam water and be over it. Hyphen I'd go back to sipping tea all day until I got super thirsty, I'd slam it again. For me, I associated supping with flavored drinks and chugging with water. (Get hot and sweaty, water. Sitting around, sipping flavors) so it was torture to me too. I'm 6 1/2 weeks now and it's not so bad. I prefer it from a bottle, HATE smart water, mountain spring and great value actually taste better to me. But I still wanna drink my decaf tea woth stevia over water. I make myself do ittho.

Anyone going to Dr. Fernando Garcia between May 6 and May 11?
amytug replied to 1hotmama*77's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
I wanna pipe in here and say that you guys will not be disappointed with dr. Garcia. Don't forget to ask for pics!! I got pics of my actual sleeve, the stapling while it was happening, and the portion they took out. I'd add it but I'm afraid some might not want to see. Eek. Sorry to anyone that saw the "rough draft". It was a mess. -

Any one regret having surgery or not get the results they wanted?
amytug replied to beachblondeee's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I regretted it the first three weeks. After that, never ever! My sleeve has been my golden ticket. -
If you have an iPhone, if you go to the pic you want on your phone, the top right Corner has an edit button. Click that and at the bottom a little arrow will pop up. Just click that til it looks the way you want it and save. If its not an iPhone, I dunno. Hehe Anyway!! You have a nice shape. . And good job!!

I hope you don't mind that I flipped them for you. You look fantastic!!

Really, they are one of the healthiest foods out there and healthier (IMO) than most protein bars, but. I think I'm in ketosis an am striving to eat very low carb. I reeeeeally want a banana. I know I'm low on potassium, maybe I should just get a supplement?

You see yourself in a mirror, naked, in jeans, etc. ? Ugh. So I'm only 6 weeks out. I've lost 29 lbs. I feel good about that and sometimes feel like I look thinner. And then no one days anything about my weight and I wonder if its really not. I've lost maybe 2 pant sizes, not sure as I wear yoga pants ATM and thy streeeeetch when you're really fat. Lol but the jeans I haven't worn in over 2 years finally for w a little finger room in the band, so.... Anyway then there are days I feel super fat. I see myself naked and wonder why I was feeling all good about myself. Sigh. Do you do this? Hard to explain and I'm super tired and going to nap.

Another point, is it almost time for Aunt Flo? Have you had a healthy bowel movement in a while?
