Sounds to me like he's insecure. He probably felt safe being married to the fat lady. He sees your confidence rising and wants to knock you down a bit. Maybe he should be going to the shrink with you.

Nervous Wreck about flying!

My trip to Mx was my first flight ever. I've always said I'd never fly, EVER! Well saving my life was enough motivation to make it happen. It was FUN!!! I absolutely love flying and want to do it again soon. Hopefully you're the same! -
I'm over a week late, which is unusual for me. My husband has been snipped and I'm faithful. So where is AF? Do the accompanying hormone friends that come w the sleeve make AF wonky? Maybe it's my blood thinners I'm on? Google doesn't give me results in that. I feel crampy for a day and then nothing for a few. And so on. What gives?

On off days or days where I can't fit exercise in, I get depressed. My mind just can't wake up and everything seems wrong. Funny that a few weeks ago I posted about how I don't like exercise. Now I think I'm addicted to it. Wicked! I LOVE exercise now and I want to spread the message. If you're feeling depressed, seriously, try it for a few weeks. If you're a beginner, start with Leslie's walk at home dvd's. I do them almost daily along with other things. It should pep you up!

I won't then, garsh!! Lol. Don't want to anyway!! Ok. Mfp is putting me At 1200 calories a day when I entered that I'm lightly active and want to lose 2 lbs a week. I think lightly active is correct anyway. Their options are strange. No option for "I burn ____ a day".

Oh I realize. I mentioned that this is the first time I've felt that this is the real deal. I just want to know why. And if I should start eating more calories. I'm not even sure that i can right now though really since I'm pretty much just eating what I want (within reason), getting my Protein, 1 Protein Drink, taking my Vitamins and drinking my Water and that still keeps me under 800 calories a day. And I even fry my egg in bacon grease sometimes!!!

Hahaha I said end rant and kept blabbing. Lol I had surgery march 2nd this year at 224 lbs. im 5'3 so my bmi was 40. I'm 188.9 now. Don't get me wrong, I love that number and I'm not comparing myself to others, but I AM comparing to my own past history.

Hello, I'm 10 weeks out now, and just in the last 2 days it seems like I can eat more than usual. For instance, usually I can eat 2 of my homemade Protein bites and feel full. Now I eat two and feel like I could eat at least one more, maybe two. Huh? I'm drinking more/faster too. I'm not hungrier, just have more room all of a sudden. Husband and I joked tonight that maybe I wasn't really sleeved, but got the privation and the stitches (things) popped. Lol. No way, I can't even eat close to what I could in the past. So is this'd pretty common around 10 weeks? I know some way farther out than me that can't eat chicken.

You know, I should start any day now. How would Sleevie be bigger when my uterus is throwing a fit? How's it related? And today, I wasn't able to eat like yesterday. I think stress tenses up my sleeve.

I'm trying to think. (Never a good thong lol) I measure with scales, and I'm trying to visualize my Breakfast in a cup. I'd say it was around half a cup max. dinner, 2 oz chicken and a Protein bite "dessert". Yeah, probably about half cup Do you ever have days that you swear you ate too much, look at mfp and realize you've only gotten 500 calories? Lol. Happens to me at least once a week.

Has anyone made this work? When I get to goal I want a mommy makeover. Or at least a lower body lift. I have small children though and I'll probably have to have a mommy helper. How long will I need the help? (Aproximately, I know everyone is different)
