Guess its time to air my dirty little secrets, since I feel like since everyone on here is roughly in my same boat.


I have never been skinny, I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have done all of the diets that are out there, have spent thousands on gym memberships, personal trainers, weight loss clinics, dvds, and diet pills. In my early 20's working as a free lance makeup artist in Las Vegas and having to be around all of the "hot" models it really made me down on myself that has only increased with each failed attempt at loosing weight.
In 2010 I was getting ready to have lapband done and my surgeon canceled my surgery due to a positive pregnancy test. So now that my daughter is 15 months old NOW IS MY TIME.

The turning point for me in doing something so drastic ( as my family says, and this is the part that I don't tell everyone about it) I ended up breaking a computer chair, I couldnt believe that I was as big as I was.
