    Where Are My April 2012 Sleevers?

    Hi all! I was sleeved on April 10th and have only lost between 47 to 49. I keep losing and gaining to same 3-4 lbs. I have up my protein, workout, and water and still no change. I have increased and decreased my calories. I track everything I eat and still in the 6-7 week stall. Maybe this is it for me:(
  3. I am still this stall, haven't lost in over 6 weeks! I'm thinking phentermine might help. What do you guys think? Tired of doing the right thing and not seeing any change.
  4. I'm 6 month post op and only down 47-50 on any given day. How many calories should I be consuming daily? And should I be worried about fat grams? Somebody please help!

    April Sleevers

    I was sleeved April 10th. Started at 269 and today only 222. I'm doing everything I'm suppose and still no change on the scale for the past 5 weeks. Starting to feel like a loser and defeated. I know I should be happy about my lose but it's hard when I'm not seeing the scale move.
  6. I'm almost 6 months out and beyond frustrated with the stall and very slow weight loss! I've started using fitness pal and I'm having a hard time staying with I the amount of fat gram I'm allowed. Any suggestions? By the way I don't like mushy foods only once with texture. Please help
  7. I was sleeved on 4/10 and still having some pain when eating. No matter what eating or drinking it hurts! And on top of that this stall I so frustrating. So far I have lost 29. This is my 2nd stall and I don't know what more I can do. I mainly eat fish and chicken seems to be the foods that hurt less.
