I just ignore the starvation warnings and projected weight on mfp. Lol

You should try to up your calorie intake, that's why you're stalling try getting 800 calories consumed and see if that helps. I had the same thing happen to me when I was in the calorie range you are in. As soon as I went up, started losing again. Also have you tried Premier Protein, chocolate flavor ? ( vanilla is nasty IMO )

I just made 6 months smoke free! Congrats to all you other quitters! And you can do it, to all those struggling with quitting. When I quit I used the nicotine Patches and Charms Blow pops. I quit a month before my surgery. As far as I know my Dr never tested nicotine levels. I guess theoretically I could've not stopped, but I took all his warnings about smoking and complications seriously. After my surgery, I was in such pain that I forgot about my patches, so I've been without an aid since my surgery. I feel so much better, but I won't lie sometimes when I'm stressed my first thought is about lighting up. I wonder if that will ever go away.

I'm newly single, separated from my husband. We are waiting for the required 6 month waiting period in my state to make the divorce official. I've been sleeved for almost 5 months and am down 75lbs. I have 6 tattoos. At 75lbs down none have changed. I have 42lbs to make it to goal.

I hate Greek yogurt, unless it's the flavored ones, but those are too high in carbs, so I eat beef jerkey instead.

I feel your pain. My pre-op diet was only 5 days long but I was also in the middle of my stop smoking requirement. It was, to say the least a train wreck. What sucks even more is you do you liquid pre-op diet, then the post op one is worse. I was miserable. But....4 and a half months later here I am, weighing 75lbs less, still smoke free, and feeling the best I can ever remember feeling. It's worth all the struggles. You can do this!
