Twice in the last week. I have had a funny encounter. I just so happened to be walking past two separate converstations. (one at work, one at wal-mart) Funny thing was, they were people who were interested in having gastric bypass and had questions, but didn't know who to talk to. I stopped and talked to both of them. The lady at wal mart is already scheduled. She was very nervous, but after I talked to her on the phone, she felt much better. The lady at work has not began the process, but she will soon. Go figure. God put us in certain places at certain times for certain reasons.

I have a small amount of wine or bud light lime a rita ever so often with no problem. The buzz does come quick, though.

I have one on my calf, but I want one on my back. I think that is a sexy place for one. My back doesn't look too bad, but I want to wait to see if I need any surgery on my stomach and sides (skin).

My period started on it's own this month!!!!! YAY!!! I got back on birth control for two months after surgery. The 3rd month I wasn't on it. This month, the fourth, I was so shocked when it started on it's on!!!! Exactly 30 days

Dannon Oikos has plain, fruit at the bottom, and some that some that are flavored. I usually split the serving.

Oikos is the only one I use, but I hate the plain one. Their flavored ones are good.

Did you use the one with fruit in the bottom?

I have the app on my phone. That way if I have a question, I have easy access. When I came home from the hospital, I had trouble laying down. I posted the question and got a GREAT answer in minutes. LOL. Technology at it's best.

Food tastes/smells the same. However, when I first came home from the hospital, my Febreze air freshener was too strong. lol. I'm fine with it now.

I just broke my second stall. It's normal. Increasing, protein, exercise and calories usually helps.

You may want to check. I didn't have nausea, so I wouldn't want to tell you something wrong.

YAY!!!!!!

I initially wanted the sleeve. However, that was only due to my fear of the malnutrion issues. My surgeon suggested the bypass due to my comorbidities. I'm VERY happy with my decision.

Cottage cheese and salsa is good.

People will talk regardless. Lol
