    I have to remind myself to slow down and dont drink while eating.
  14. My weight finally moved!!!! I am so happy about how wonderful my experience has been. Other than than 5 - 6 wk stall, I couldn't be better. I am 9wks out. I have never vomited or dumped. I have been able to eat out with my friends with no issues. Other than gas at the beginning, I have had little to no [ATTACH]970[/ATTACH] pain. I have been able to eat everything, I've tried with no issues. (I don't get crazy, though.) I'm just thanking God for favor.........and I loved shopping before but I love it even more now!!!!!

    I start the day with 1-2 full scoops of syntrax nectar whey protein isolate (chocolate) mixed with 1-1 1/2 cups of lactose free milk. Thats 40gr alone!!! Then i try to get some chicken, greek yogurt, or a protein bar in throughout the day.
