What did you eat this weekend? So far I've had ribs, smoked turkey necks, green beans, mac n cheese, honey bbq wings, fries, hawaiian punch, moscato & diet mt dew & diet coke

Exactly. I buy sizes before i can actually wear it. Right now, I can wear clothes from an xl to an 18, depends on how it's made.

Not that I can remember. I like lipton's diet green tea. Also minute maid has several products that are 15cals/8oz serving. They are awesome. There is also a diet half lemonade/half green tea by arnold palmer that's good. -

Everything has gone well, thank God. It was only like 6oz and I drank it reeeeeaaaallly slow. The 2oz of soda....no problems either. I just needed to taste something besides Water and the stuff I normally drink. I'll be back on my routine tomorrow.
