I've notice when i do 600-800 and burn over 3000 calories a day i don't lose. But if i keep my calories around 1200 i do.

I was told whey is best. Isolate is best but concentrate is fine. Our doctor also said we could use other proteins if we needed to.

Its "hidden" just cause they wanted to test out how well the media network got information around.

I've worked at panera for about a month and a half now and just the other day had my first person order off the hidden menu. I still haven't tried anything on there, i need to get to it because they look good lol.

Quest bars are good. I like think thin bars and pure protein revolution bars. Pretty much my staple protein bars.

Anyone tried the chai protein drink from them? I am a big chai person, and am thinking about giving it a shot but i wanted to hear some reviews first.

After having surgery and loosing a good amount of weight? Just wanted to see how others are doing. Who has regular cycles, if nothing has changed. All that fun stuff.

I've been told protein shakes are a ok during pregnancy as long as that's not the only thing you are consuming, and not having way to much protein. -

I was cleared at 6 weeks out. I add fruit and veggies to my diet because i believe that is very important. I do fine with pretty much all kinds. I to don't have carb restrictions, but i glance at carbs and try to stay away from to many processed things.

I asked if they would send the cinnamon roll and banana nut one. And they said they would complete my "order" so I'm assuming they sent those.

You can get them on the think thin site, or amazon. Plus if you have a whole foods, trader joes or kroger by you, they sell them there.

When is everyone's favorite time to work out. Morning, evening, night? And why? What are the benefits of this for you? What do you do before and after your workout? Just curious to see how others are doing and some of your guyses fitness favorites.

At six weeks out, my stomach did good with all sorts of nuts. Still does.
