Hey LapBandit, Great stats first of all, you have lost a lot of weight in a year. I was just reading the post regarding "Eating for Life", I went to the Website and read the questions and answers and the testimonials and ordered the book. My question is that in the book, it talks about nutritious shakes and bars, what are those? Do you use them? I have boxes of LA Lites from LA weightloss centers, do you think I could use them for the bars? Thanks Karen
