    Today Breakfast spinach tomatoes scrambles eggs and piece of toast Lunch: turkey sandwich, Doritos dinner sister in laws bday cookout but kept it very under control and had a cupcake No workout today

    Lisa I've hit the point also where I'm not losing its very frustrating when I hit that point i came here and talked and it encouraged me and kept me going. When everyone was losing it was rough to see that even though i am extremely happy for them!! I was not right along with them, but I always have had more added to my band the next time I went to the dr. It gets better and better each time I go and talk with dr. I'm slowly losing but I also hav to work with my band and eat right and work out. And the new life style will never be "done" It's a whole life change that I as well as my husband and kids have taken on.

    Hhheeellloooo Bandsters!!!!!! Stressful last two weeks i have really tried to keep the emotional eating under control. LIKE told you guys earlier this week I fell this last weekend and ate out a lot but have picked it up this week. Yesterday really wasn't a good day a lot going on and loads of stress. I did get my Protein Shake and all my Water in I am upset I didn't get my set meals in which I never do. I know I know yell! my husband really was not happy with me!!! so I promised to make it a point for meals today So today Breakfast Protein shake lunch panera cheddar and broc. Soup dinner panera Greek salad Loads of water!!! Tea this am

    I really slacked this weekend ladies no workin out and eating out ugh! But today I got right back to the grind no way can I fall back into our old ways!! I was so close to Onederland and fell back a couple pounds! But I will hit it soon!!! Breakfast today: fage Greek yogurt with strawberry Lunch: Campbell's select white chili Dinner: subway tuna spinach tuna salad Baked Layes sour cream and onion chips Water water water water Tonight I tried Zumba!!! Let's say WORKOUT!!!!! Woo I was drenched in sweat!!! I am walk/jogging 2-2.5 and Zumba had me sweating way more!! I'm looking for a class!! I had fun!!

    Yesterday Breakfast: Greek yogurt Lunch: Panera pick two cheddar and broc. Soup and Greek salad Dinner: 1/4c green Beans 1/4c quinoa, 1/4c cottage cheese tried a little piece of chicken from the crock pot it was a no go Didn't work out upset with myself about that but am going tonight

Yesterday I had a little bit more hunger but I'm pretty sure it was all th stress life throws time to time. I walked/ ran last night walked 3minutes ran 3 minutes.     Good Morning Daisy! I will try and commit to post more regurly on here! I do come in and make sure everyone is doing good and everyone keeps me motivated! I track everyday on live strong food journal but I will tell you I'm a creature of habit I find things I like and stay with that so my post may be the same everyday besides supper. On a great note I am at my half way mark in my weight loss journey! I started in January watching what I ate and lost some before my band in May. Since my band I have lost 40lbs. I started at 278 and weighed in at 209 today! I don't regret the lapband one bit.I was joking with my husband and said I have lost as much weight as my oldest son who is 10 weighs!!!! I've lost a 10 year old how crazy!!! Everyone that post inspire me everyday with our good and bad days it lets me know we are not in this journey alone! I feel I can come here and say I'm having a rough time I've gained or just want to eat everything in sight and you guys can relate and calm me back to reality! So thank you for that! Daisy we all have bad days with eating. Don't feel bad just pick yourself up and hit restart today! You can do this!

    Thank you Daisy! I think I'm just freaking out I could eat a panera bread and I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be able to. I go Thursday for my next fill and going to talk to dr. Thanks again for the calm down! Has anyone heard from md and how she is doing with holding her food an in general she made me nervou for her?

    Happy Late Birthday Sleepy!!! Has anyone had their second fill or getting ready to get it. Ugh I'm struggling this week big time! I feel like i cant get enough to eat and i have been doing soo good i dont want to go backwards!! I didn't want to over do it my first fill and thought that I was doing great but this week is killing me with being hungry! I dont think im in the green zone!! I go for my second fill on Thursday and it can't get here soon enough. I gained 3 pounds back WRONG WAY!! Kind of having a mini freak out!!

    Whymom I will keep you and your family in my thoughts! Keep strong, and if you feel like crying, Girl let it just flow sometimes it's better to just get it out!! Md I'm sorry your having trouble with your band. A friend of mine found out on Monday her band had slipped. She's on a slowish to soft diet Nd has to go back in a month. Sorry ladies I'm havnt been posting I religiously post in my live strong online journal! But I hope everyone is still doing good!! Just wanted to check in I'm staying strong and positive and 10 pounds until the Onederland!!

    To feel comfortable in my own body To finally weight less than my husband ( we have been together 11 years and I have never weighed less than him and he loves me no matter what) To be able to run a 5k in honor of my aunt and grandma that beat breast cancer To enjoys running and playing outside with my 3 active boys and not get winded or so tired it's not fun To look into the mirror and just smile because I know I have worked hard to be at a healthy weight **** I am 15 pounds away from my first goal "The Onederland!" I have not weight under 200 pounds in 11 years I want it so bad I cant wait!! I am so glad I went with this life change I feel better, I'm eating healthy and so is my whole family!!

    Good Morning! Sorry it's been awhile I had to put myself back in check and priorities! I am 21 pounds away from my first goal! And plan on working hard toward that goal. Staying on a strict workout plan and meal plan!
