Thank you Daisy and its hard for me also when we've out to eat! I try to eat one thing that I love to eat and not over do it or order off the kids menu! Yesterday breakfast I absolutely can not remember!!!!!!!!! Lol lunch tomato basil soup dinner 1 piece of pizza

Getting back on the saddle. Had my dr apt yesterday am. Which I gained but I knew that was going to happen just coming off of steroids. And going into bad habits. Thanks Daisy I need a firm talk from time to time. Old habits creep up and become out of control very easy. I need to remember I did this for me. Thank you Ladies! It will be easier I am transfering work closer to home and I won't be spending 3+ hours on the road a day. Which is the best decision for my family and Me!! It's weird but I feel like life has taken control and its a fight between it and me for control! But I'm heading to my LB dr today I need to get control again! I won't hit my big goal by my 30th birthday but my new goal is to lose 20 more lbs by then! Yesterday Breakfast oatmeal Lunch: busy at work took 15 mins and ate animal crackers dinner turkey cheesburger, lowfat cottage cheese 2 homemade Cookies Bad bad day

Just checking in with everyone!! And to say hi! I know that I need to get my butt back on here and post. But I can't seem to stay consistent with it. Which is showing in my plateau in weight loss! So I'm going to try again and be loyal to you guys a post!

I'm actually back down to 197 I gained and went back around 202 for a couple weeks. I'm okay with it now which sounds REALLY weird I Know!!! But something I wanted, wished and prayed for so long finally happened' I am really excited but its odd 100's wow it really happened! Idk maybe I'm just being Goofy about it???† You are going to be there before we know it your doing amazing!! What does your dr say about your progress?? All good things I bet!! I have my nephews party tonight so I'm going to eat what I would like in moderation since I've been Very strict on myself Have a good day Daisy and everyone!

Hey Daisy sorry I havnt been checking in! It's been awhile. That is for sure! Have you tried working out early in the am? That way it's done and out of the way for the day! I'm still going strong down to 197 I went to my dr yesterday they asked if I would like to start coming every 6 weeks instead of every 4 I told them right now I just don't feel it's the right time and would still like to come every 4. I slip time to time and my dr appointments keep me accountable. Your picture looks amazing Daisy you look great!!!!! Teara

Daisy I'm going to have another go at it!!! I had a fill around two weeks ago. I finally felt the restrictions that people were talking about. Now I am very cautious of chewing and what I eat. Before I felt restrictions but I could still eat anything and everything very few foods could I not eat. When I got the fill she said there was not a lot of Fluid. Yesterday Breakfast Water and a banana lunch shakeology dinner healthy choice meal 1/2 c cottage cheese snack Cookies???

Went to the dr today because I have been STRUGGLING!!!!! I was there just two weeks ago but he didn't fill me because I had a 10 pound loss because life change with being so busy! Now that work is slowing down I've gained and have been starving. Long story short they filled me she told me I have very little in my band they have only been putting .5 in my band when I got my 2 previous fills so today she put a full 1cc and liquids for 2 days since there is more and to make sure I do okay with it and if any problems let her know ASAP so we shall see how this goes!!

Lol yes I have to say Natalie its not easy AT ALL!!! I am on day 4 yoga and I am SORE!!! But I made a promise to myself I would start my 30s healthy and trim. And my birthday is Dec 20 so I need to get my butt in gear!!! Y last dr apt he didn't fill my band because I had a 10 pound loss which is great! I keep hoovering 206 and more the "Onederland" has been dangling in front of me for about a month or so. Today's meals were not good at all I had time enough to eat on the go a yogurt bar for breakfast too busy at work I didn't eat lunch I'm headed home now to supper!

Hello Ladies Sorry I have been MIA!! Between the free kids cuts at work, my kids heading back to school and building a house my life has been anything but slow and my poor diet habits have been showing!!!! I jumped on the scale yesterday and I gained big reality check slap in the face!! I gained 5 pounds!!! So today I started getting up early and working out. I need to be faithful to coming on here and sharing what I have ate and journal it also on my live strong Breakfast oswald and yogurt lunch spinach salad with Tuna banana peppers onion and tomato and gets cheese snack shakeology dinner peach turkey cutlet mashed cauliflower and stormed veggie

I would make an appointment Daisy you have came so far to fall back into bad habits! Like I said I'm going to a support meeting for lap band tomorrow night I hope it goes well. Sometimes we just need someone to help pull us out of our funk. You are doing so great don't give up, I think its overwhelming for our whole lifetime change our eating, thinking and bodies! Squash it before it starts! Breakfast: shakeology lunch Greek yogurt with honey dinner grilled chicken breast with peppers and onion, with 1/4c refried Beans with lettuce with black olives and tomatoes and teaspoon of lite sour cream snack 1 fun size snickers Really hard to pass up all the food at work today but proud of myself for only eating what I brought to work and 1 fun size candy!!

Md I'm glad to hear everything is getting better with your health! But I'm sorry to hear about your mother in law. It's so hard to stand by and not to be able to fix or help what's wrong. But I'm glad your back! Daisy it seems like déjà vu you said about your emotions with being the " fat girl" I was just talking with my mom about this Sunday. I'm going to go to a support meeting Thursday at my Dr office.

I talked with my husband about my top weight today and told him. It was a major relief to talk to him about it because I felt like it was something that was holding me back. He doesn't care if I am my goal weight of 140 or 600 lbs but for some reason it felt good for him to know if it was look be proud I have lost 72lb or just someone else knowing a secret I had not told anyone else (besides my lap band buddies). Just thought I would share my good experience.
