Question for all i had my surgery in april i weighed 356 that morning today i am 270 look great but i am alittle worried i have been at this weight for about 1 month is it normal to hit a platue or should i change something up to jump start my wieght loss again i feel great but would love to lose another 50 lbs thanks Robert

thanks for the imput just got scared i lost so much right off and now it slowed down sucks i am working 6 10 hr days right now have been doing it since august so i havent been to the gym since then either that may be part hope to get back to a regular schedule in january then hit the gym again -
