Back to work on Wednesday- was pooped by the end of the day, but Thursday was better!!!! Finally beginning to feel like myself again. Now weigh 147. Am 75 pounds down!

Have a billliary obstruction. Had an ERCP Monday. Had to have a stent. More endoscopies to come. But I weigh 149! Not the way to do it., though.

You will do fine!!!!Look at all the success stories here! You have done the hard part- asking for help! Now bite the bullet and get it done! We all had some fear! But here I am 73 pounds down! Size 10 ! You can do this!!!!!!!!! You are already brave by asking for help!

Yep, it is scary! But what is more scary is spending the rest of your life fighting with your weight and thinking you have failed! You will be uncomfortable for a while, but you can do this. I was sleeved in April and have lost 68 pounds so far. It is so much fun to shop for clothes now! I was a size 18-20 Women, and now can wear a size 10 jeans from the Gap. It is amazing. The health care providers will be certain that you are comfy- don't be afraid to ask for pain meds. You CAN do this. Be brave!.

Post op it won't be a problem. You won't want to eat much. Nor will you be able to. The sleeve will be swollen and a bit angry. So the small amounts will be just fine. Good luck ,

I was sleeved April 9, 2012. I too have no energy. I am pooped all the time. I have lost 61 pounds and was exercising, but I just don' have any ummph after work to go to the gym. I still work in the yard, but it is a struggle. I get all my protein and my water, but just cannot seem to get past this tiredness. Anyone have any ideas?
