Well I just eat out of emotions and that's what has me being overweight in the first place! That sounds better what you suggested 2 shakes and a meal sensiable is the important word! Thanks for the advise I felt so lost today -

Have lost 21 pounds I was sleeved on April 23, 2012 and this is the best I have ever felt! Surprises what a few pounds can feel so good to be off! I'm active with my kids again, making breakfast and thanking the my father God for giving me this And healing me, my mind, spirt, and body!
