Since I been banded I notice my hair on my body grow much faster. I used to only have to shave my legs once every year and now I have to every month... Wow!

I try and eat protein bars, fruit and if I want something sweet I typically eat fruit mentos.... Ikr don't judge me, but I am 56 pounds down and 70 more pounds to go. I was banded 3.26.12... -

I am having the same problem its like I constantly snack between meals because I never fill full when its that time of the month... -
I have lost 36.3 pounds, but I really would like to loose 15 to 20 pounds a month. Do you all think that is too many pounds per month?

I was banded March 28, 2012. I love the band I had my first fill on May 17 I eat about 1 cup of food every meal. I exercise 45 minutes four to five days a week.
