Mine is 11cc, I have had two fills for a total of 6 cc. I have noticed a slight difference. Getting two more cc next Friday, doc says this will be " the one"!

My doc had me do mushy/ soft in the same phase too.

I had my second fill last week. I'm at 6 cc, total loss 28 pounds, 10 pre-op, 18 post. I'm 2 months post op. my doc says I'm right on track with my weight loss, but I feel hungry a lot and the scale hasn't moved in three weeks:-( he says next months fill number 3 is going to be " the one" that make me realize the band is there. I am exercising, honestly I'm not tracking my food everyday, it gets exhausting!!! Just trying to go with how I feel most of the time. U have yet to feel any difference from this second fill. I know I need to be patient! Just would be nice to see that scale going down. My clothes are a lot looser and have even gone down to a 16 from an 18. Guess I just need some encouragement:-)

Thank you for all your kind words everyone!!! Today is a new day, I am gonna make great choices today!

28 pounds in 3 months. Frustrated that the scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks. I was looking for encouragement not to be criticized! I don't post often, but why can't people just be nice or don't say anything

I got a 2 cc fill today. I got 4cc for my first fill so I'm at 6cc total in my 11 cc band. I go in for another 2cc in four weeks and doc said that one should be "the one"! Had some chili for dinner without any problems, just going to take it slow and chew a lot.

Unjury chocolate splendor and vanilla are really good. I mix sugar free syrups, peanut butter and fruit into the vanilla with ff milk. I don't use ice in mine.

5'3 at 250 I could squeeze into 18's. Now 220, in a 16:-)

I log my exercise, but my nutritionist told me to only use like 100 of the extra calories if I need a light snack after the work out.

Bought The Zumba Informercial Offer. Anyone Else?
lv2nurse replied to ufscrapper's topic in Fitness & Exercise
I LOVE Zumba! I go to class and I bought the one off TV. I prefer going to a class, but I use my Cd's when I can't get to a class and they are great! -
Sugar free Popsicles really helped me!

I waited 4 weeks before I started back to Zumba and abdominal machines.

Banded on 9/4, just started the couch to 5 k program today. I have the app on my iPhone, very motivating program. I also work out at Curves 2-3 times a week, going for my first fill next Thursday. Down 22 pounds in the last couple months, only 4 pounds lost since surgery.

Banded 9/4, first fill was on last Thursday, 4cc. I don't feel any different since the fill, but I always take small bites and eat slow:-) Went to a wedding last night, I was nervous about what they were going to serve to eat. I had chicken, green beans and mashed red skin potatoes! No problems with any of the food, thank goodness. I did have my first cocktails since being banded and I can drink just like I did pre-band:-) I only drink on occasion, had water with black cherry mio and whipped vodka, yummy! Low calorie, non carbonated:-) danced the night away (cardio) and had a blast! Now I know I can survive a get together just fine with my new band:-)

I had my first fill today, took about 30 seconds! I got 4cc's. Doc says I should be able to notice a difference and to make sure I'm chewing well and not eating too fast or I'll know it. I'm on mushies for 24 hours, then back to regular diet! I had 1/2 cup of chicken salad for dinner with no problem.

1 cup of food, 3-4 oz protein very small amount of starch/ veg. I use a divided toddler plate to control my portions. I normally do a protein shake for breakfast, or egg beater.

Also banded 9/4 and going for my first fill this afternoon! He said I will get 4cc this fill, excited, but a bit nervous. Congrats on your weight loss!

Today is my first 16 hour shift since being banded. I came to work at 10:30 pm last night and work until 3:10 this afternoon. It's only 1:00pm and u only have 200 calories left for the day because I had to eat when I normally would have been sleeping. Anyone have any experience with this situation?
-
Banded 9/4, I am feeling the same exact way. I have only lost about 4-5 pounds since surgey, about 23 pounds total with pre-op. I have my first 4 cc fill this Thursday.

I have my first fill Thursday and I'm not sure either.

Did Anyone Feel Good Within A Few Days? Things Went Smoothly?
lv2nurse replied to Shackwacky's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was lucky, no pain, no gas. My only complaint was the intense itching around my incisions, a little neosporen helped that! I keep up and moving and I think that helped. Had to sleep on my back for 3 nights, that wasn't comfortable to me, sleeping back in my side by night 4. I hope you have a great experience:-)
