o man,my surgeon is over 3 hours away,i feel so sick,light headed,very fatigued

i make a spinach souffle it is very yummy and also very soft,i never thot of it being a mushy until now,duh! i feel like a dork

i was banded april 24th and excuse my french but i feel like ****, i have been mostly miserable since then,im wondereing if this was a mistke. even when i drink water i feel like i get stuck,i hate this!!!

does it feel like tightness in ur chest? i took a tiny nausea pill nd im feeling tightness n my chest and very ugh,lol i dont know how else to describe it then ugh

i think its awesome,to have someoneto go thru this journey with someone to support u

ok so i had my surgery 4.24.12 and im petty sure they told me to take my bandages off friday the 27th but i am so grossed out at the thought of taking them off,i feel like when i take the bandage off where the port is ill b able to see it under the skin and that creeps me out so bad. anyone else feel like that? everytime i go to take them off i literally cant because its freaking me out,i can feel my port so why cudnt i see it? whew ok i think im done being a lunatic

well i finally took off the top bandages and just left the steri strips,it wasnt so bad i dont guess,lol

im thinking thats part of my problem but i am having a hard time getting anything down without feeling so sick,ive had a constant headache and 0 energy

i am on day 6 and i have started creamy smooth based soups and i also use a baby spoon so i dont eat too much too fast

i also had my band on 4.24.12 and i guess im opposite from u 2 ladies,im feeling worn down irritable and hungry,im hoping itll get better soon, good luck mum and jess

im pretty sure it is,its the one that hurts the most

i have steri strips under my bandages and ive managed to take 1 off but the port 1 has me scared,lol

I got my band yesteday,i am so happy i did,now i have the chance to start living my life. i lost 7 lbs so far. i had an awesome experience,the hospital staff was great the surgeon was cool, my pain isnt too bad,i will reccomend this to everyone. ill post more later

maybe because we just took a huge step in bettering our lives

i have been the same way since surgery,everything makes me cry..i was singing to a song on the radio and tears just started rollin, im soo over this,my family r concernd cuz i say idk y im crying,lol

im only 3 or 4 days post op and i am not able to go into my kitchen yet. i feel like my kitchen is a dangerous zone filled with tasty land mines just waitin to derail my progress. i am lucky to have a boyfriend and kids that r very supportive and very helpful. i cant wait til i can go to my kitchen again and not wana eat everthing in sight..

my 3rd day being banded. pain last night was a lil brutal,how was everyone elses? ive been gettin enuf water but im struggling to eat jello.anyone else have that prob?

ive been using gas x and i dont think it is helping at all

i am tryin the sugar free fatfree yogurt,anyone else "stopped" up?lol sorry for tmi,lol i have mixed feelings about losing the freedom to eat all the foods i love but at over 300 lbs i NEED to do this for me and my kids,i love this site,ty everyone for making this hard time alil more bearable

i havent been able to finish anyhing wether it b a bottle of water or a small jello cup,,is anyones appetite back? mine is with a vengence,i feel like im starving,lol

i took a shower today but im dying to take a bath,that relaxes me hows ur bruising?

i had to lay propped up on a bunch of pillows to b able to sleep at all

ive een very emotional today as well,hmmmm... im gna try the yogurt and maybe sugar free puddin,also they saidi cud take bandages off today but that creeps meout so i havent,anyone else fee like that? anyone know when we can take a bath again?
