  1. Banded 3/5/12 down 25 doesn't seem like enough but I'm not complaining... Skin is loose so I know that exercise works for me but I've been a little down the last few Months and figured my head isn't really into what I should be doing had a few slip ups a few stuck moments but I'm back in the game now. Starting insanity today looking for some results , has anybody done this or p90x?

    March Bandsters!

    Had my first fill last week I'm at 5 cc banded 3/5/12.... I joined my fitness place and according to eat I'm not eating enough to loose the weight . It doest take into account that I've got the band... So I don't feel like eating any more and if you exercise you have even more calories to eat..... Started at 236, been stuck at 218 for the last 2 weeks. What am I doing wrong or do I just want faster results!

    Zumba

    I'm 220, 5'6 banded 3/5/12... Zumba is great cardio. I was a bit clumsy at first but you have to find a class you like go at your own pace until you get the routines down and then take it from there... It's also fun if your doing it with someone you know... I love it! I've only been doing it for about 3 weeks. I can't see the difference but other people say I'm shrinking in the middle... But then again they don't know I'm banded! My Measurements have changed though.
  4. "Bat wings". I love it , I've got those and jelly rolls as my nephew calls them banded 3/5 I'm down 20 lbs. Doing some exercising, love zumba but as everything else I want results now, lift some weights also use ankle weights to build the muscle in my leg, seriously considering doing insanity or p90x....I see so many people with dramatic wt loss and no flab. I came into it with flab what to do I know i didn't get this way over night so I know its gonna take time I just want to be doing the right things to get the desired results.
  5. Had a fill yesterday so I'm up to 5cc only because I was still hungry 2 hrs after eating. Doing the soft mushies for the next two days tried a piece of salmon yesterday and it got a lil stuck, I'm thinking it was to dry, tried some cabbage after that it it went down smooth, gonna try some thin sliced chicken for lunch and we will see what happens....
