I have a TMI question for any ladies that have already been sleeved. I am scheduled for this Tuesday morning but I started aunt flo today, please tell me that won't postpone my surgery!!

July 10th for me - also on pre op. I have been doing good but find the hardest is really head hunger. Really learning how to deal with that this first week.

You got this Carlos, keep hanging in there. I understand the frustration of changing dates. I happened to me twice but I have to say the time has flown by and I am only a week away. Hang in there and it will get here quicker then you think!!! -
I am also on my pre-op diet. Actually now I don't feel quite as bad. My doc has me on 2 protein shakes a day and a protein and veggie dinner. It has been hard during the day but going into my 4th day it does seem to get easier. I am praying for strength over the weekend - I think that will be hardest for me. Keep up the good work and positive attitude and we will make it.

I went to vitamin shoppe today and they have a huge selection of protein drinks in singles. I bought several singles to try including the Isopure (apple/melon). They also had a selection of muscle milk and I got a cake batter flavor - I like being able to try the singles before committing to the case. -

I have BCBS submitted on Monday and approved on Friday. I was really happy with insurance company. -
