I have my first appt on 6/20. My ins. also reguires 6mo. Supervised weightloss. Im anxious but I will use this time as a blessing to try protein powders, recipes, and work on new habits. I am so excited about finding this site. It is so informative!!!! -

I am new to LBT. I am very happy to have found this site. Went to a seminar and on June 20th will have my psych eval..meet with a dietician ...will weigh in and start a 6 mo supervised weightloss regimen (required by my insurance)! I am so excited to take this time to learn about and take in all the tips and advice from everyone.

You said in your own post what your problems were and you asked for advice remember. I havent been banded yet but I know there are alot of changes ahead. This is a place to put our problems and issues out there and get advice not to get pissed off when someone comments.
