Hello all.... I have been trying to avoid this app for awhile, i had my surgery on april 29th 2012 and i lost only about 55 pounds, i have been doing and trying different ways to eat but seems nothing is working out, i guess this is it for me, i was 250 im now 195... Is this happen just to me? ( scuse my english)

Thank you... Im a mexican mom so we mostly do mexican food everyday, what im trying to do is less fatty, greasy food. But I started back again the last week with my protein shakes, water and very healthy food not mentioning that i have been doing excercise 1hr every day... I think what im doing wrong or bad isthat sometimes i just do one or two meals a day, but again im trying to change all that because i do really want to loose more weight.

Im trying to get back as i was doing after surgery, to be honest i stopped taking the protein shakes, sometimes i do breakfast some others not, and im back to the gym hopefully this help

April 30 here!! Before surgery 245 and now 205 40lbs gone. Cant wait to be in onederland!! Lol

Hi all, I do have a question about my burn calories and calories intake... Ok my question is: I do use an app to track my calories so lets say that I ate 800 cals and then went to the gym and burned 400 so, the program says 400 cals left, do that means that I do have to eat those 400 left???? Excuse my English. Thanks ????
