My profile picture is the new me. I'm happy to say that new month will be a year since my surgery. I started my journey weighing 451 pounds and today I'm at my goal weight of 250 pounds. I feel great and wouldn't trade it for nothing. Im glad I decided to get rid of my baby fat and turn into a tone chocolate goddess(stroking my ego). Congratulations to everyone who made the choice to change their image.

Ok I started my journey at 441lbs as of March 26,2012, now I'm 270 almost 7 months. I'm a little worried that my weightloss won't slow down or stop. I'm addicted to the gym and not a fan of eating. I'm consuming 600 calories a day. I tried to eat more, but its just not possible. I do take in protein shakes daily and I'm not saggy I'm toning up due to intense weight training. How do I slow my weight loss down some.

I had my 6 month check up today and I'm glad to say that I'm 138lbs down. Im an electrical engineer in my current job,but my doctor offered me a job today as a spokesman at weightloss seminars. I gladly accepted the job because I feel like I can inspire a lot of people to change their lifestyle and become healthier. I'm excited to know that my success is opening up doors that I had closed for so long.

tmoss replied to Patrick Curl's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I had to do it for 10 days and every shot were painful. I have phobia of needles and every time I did it I never got use to the pain. The blood thinner stung like hell also.
