I don't start my liquid diet until the 9th, but have really starter curbing my hunger. It is not so bad I thought it would be a little harder because I stopped smoking also. -
Finally made it surgery set for August 23,2012. I seems like forever, and I never thought I would make it this far. I start my pre-op liquid diet on the 9th, pre-op doctors visit on the 17th. Wish me luck!!! I am so happy to start my new life journey.

I just found out today that my surgery is scheduled for August 23. Very happy....... My friend has the same insurance and the same doc and they gave her a September dte weird, but at least we finally made it this far. -
I am seeing doctor Jessee at sun coatst.

I haven't been banded yet but I made up my mind @ the begining of my journey "NO MORE PERMS" so 6 months ago, I've been natural since then and been geting my hair braided. I love it because its easy. I work 12 hour days so my time is limited. :wub:

Sounds like you're starting to get the hamg of it all. Congrats on the 18 lbs. I can't wait to be banded. Just did pre-op labs, chest x-ray, and ekg, last weigh in in the a.m. Keep up the good work sissy12...........
