Me too. Besides Thanksgiving we have had 3 family birthdays. I have had cake 3 times. A whole piece with ice cream. Last night was one and I felt terrible for hours. This is just the beginning. A lot of gatherings and too much food. Missed it all last year because I had surgery Nov 28. I really need to control myself. My clothes feel real tight this morning.

I feel yall for some reason sweets are getting the best of me but i am really trying to keep it under controll. The holidays is almost over an maybe i can refocus myself
