What Are You Eating At 4-5 Weeks Post Op?

At five weeks: I am allowed 2-3oz moist solid protein, beans, 1-2 tbsp soft canned fruits, 16-24oz milk (Hood milk is low in carb), very soft cooked vegetables( non-starchy), Greek yogurt, Ricotta cheese and cottage cheese (I always add unflavored protein powder).... What are you eating? -
mine came while undressing in the pre-op room!!! nurse told me it was not unusual:)

Stop at Pollo Tropical with the fam for a quick bite... I had a chicken leg from my hubby's meal and two spoonful of mac&cheese from my daughter's plate. BEST MEAL EVER!!! mac&cheese went down smoothly. My sleeve did not make a sound. No gas sound, no pressure, no pain, just pure happiness!! I am eating the same thing tomorrow:)

Met some friends at Cheesecake Factory today. The only thing in the menu that I felt safe with was the Shepheards pie. I took the usual five spoonful and felt full. Since my friends at that point were just beginning their meals, I kept picking a piece of ground beef here and there. I felt so sick!! Lunch ended quickly since I looked so sick.. major fail on my part:(

Day 25: I am running out of things to eat!! I am honestly sick of soups, chili, yogurts, pudding and never wanna see jello ever again in my life!! by the time I eat, it's time to have water. By the time I finish my water, it's time to eat!! WTH!!! my tolerance level is low, I am at the verge of tears one minute and angry the next....I am tired.

I am a slow loser too, and it does hurt to see others do better:( my friend lost 80lbs in THREE months!! all I wanted to do is cry!!!

I hope you will be able to move forward with surgery! They will have to be even more careful during surgery.
