I had a lazy/lousy day just plain old tired!! Did not go to the gym and barely got my water/protein in. I slept and watched TV most of the time. Gonna have to do better tomorrow...

Got a nice tip from a fellow gym member: on days when I am going to exercise, I have to increase my caloric intake so my body does not shut down me!

I don't think my body got the memo...I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST LOL!!!! I need to send it a message. For the next week, back to basic: Five protein shakes and a lean meal + 1 1/2 hour exercise. Time to get things rolling again!
